Whole Wheat Lowfat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Original recipe makes 3
| 2 cupsWhole-wheat flour |
| 1 cupRolled oats |
| 1/2 cupCanola oil |
| 1/2 cupSmart Squeeze fat free margarine |
| 1/2 cupLowfat yogurt |
| 2 Egg whites |
| 3/4 cupBrown sugar |
| 3/4 cupSplenda |
| 1 teaspoonBaking soda |
| 1 tablespoonVanilla |
Whole Wheat Lowfat Chocolate Chip Cookies Preparation
Cream together Egg Whites, Canola Oil, Smart Sqeeze, Yogurt, Brown Sugar and Splenda.
Add Vanilla and Chocolate Chips.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together, Whole Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, and Rolled Oats.
Mix well. Batter will be stiff. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick baking spray. Drop well rounded teaspoon size balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Cool on cooling rake. Store in air tight container. Makes 3-4 dozen.
