"I used fresh, steamed green beans and fresh rosemary (then discarded the rosemary after the saute). I thought it was very good. One of my kids said it tasted like soap, and wouldn't eat it (maybe too much rosemary). The other 2 kids ate it, but didn't love it.

1 poundFrozen Green Beans; thawed
1/4 cupolive oil
1 cloveGarlic; crushed
1/2 teaspoonRosemary; dried
1/2 teaspoonSalt

Garlic and Rosemary Green Beans Preparation

Thaw green beans in a collander. Put olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in a skillet or stir-fry pan and mix. Add green beans. Stir-fry until beans are just softened. Serve immediately.

Simple but great variation on plain vegetables!

    I came back for another comment Made this again with the few tweaks that I had mentioned that I wanted to try! I used the much less oil,a lil more garlic,beef cube and added powder ginger! And what a difference the ginger really brought out some great flavors my boyfriend and I could not stop eating these!!

    I liked it didn't love it.. I say less olive oil this recipe calls for too much it's too oily but overall pretty good my bf loved it! I did everything the same except I added bacon but next time ill use less oil and add a beef notion cube like someone suggested!

    I dont think doing anything to vegetables will get my family to eat them, but I sure enjoyed them and will continue making them for myself. The only thing I did different was I used a bit less oil and cooked them with half an onion.
