"I used fresh, steamed green beans and fresh rosemary (then discarded the rosemary after the saute). I thought it was very good. One of my kids said it tasted like soap, and wouldn't eat it (maybe too much rosemary). The other 2 kids ate it, but didn't love it.
Bleu cheese as an addition sounds yummy! I'm going to add it next time."

Thaw green beans in a collander. Put olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in a skillet or stir-fry pan and mix. Add green beans. Stir-fry until beans are just softened. Serve immediately.
Simple but great variation on plain vegetables!

luv2bake 3 months agoI love this! I'm not a huge fan of fresh green beans, but I tried this with them and they were delish! Love the flavor of the rosemary and garlic.
