8 ouncesCream cheese; room temperature
3 tablespoonLemon juice; freshly squeezed
2 tablespoonScallion; chopped
1 1/2 tablespoonDill; (dried)
1/4 teaspoonSalt
6 ounceSalmon

Atlantic Salmon Spread Preparation

Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature. Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped scallions, dill, and salt. Add salmon and mix thoroughly.

Garnish with scallion greens or dill and serve with crackers.

Notes

Nice spread with Triscuits.
