Roast BBQ Potatoes

Roast BBQ Potatoes

Ready in 45 minutes

These are great with bbq steaks.

"I have made this a number of times now and have always loved it. Today I made the dish in the oven rather than the BBQ. I preheated at 350 and baked for 45 minutes. I also use the wedges taken from the potatoes to prop the potatoes up. This makes the wedges crunchy."

The potatoes were quick and good... I used Mozzeralla, but think I will use something stronger next time. I also used bacon fat instead of butter. Will try again.

Had company drop in tonight and made these up for supper. They loved them. Since everyone liked garlic I used both sliced cloves in with the cheese and onion and garlic powder on top.
