Attractive and tasty variation on the traditional Shrimp Scampi.
"This was DELICIOUS! Instant replacement for my old scampi recipe.I used white cooking wine in place of vermouth, and some finely diced red onion for scallions. Didn't have angel hair pasta either, but it was wonderful over some spinach flavored linguine.
I also added some diced cherry tomatoes for a garnish, and it was a beautiful presentation." - Nicjones
