1. Combine corn bread mix and salad dressing mix and put in pie pan.
2. Pour milk into shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk and then coat with Ranch/corn bread mix.
3. In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken in oil on both sides, then cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.

Eriley 1 year agoAwful. I ended up with raw chicken coated in burnt cornmeal. And it was a waste of a of ranch mix because it added nothing to the cornmeal. Next time I'll coat it in ranch dressing before coating in plain cornmeal then I'll bake it.
