Suggest a better description1) For sauce: In a small saucepan, combine catsup, steak sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and if desired, hot pepper sauce. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.
2) In a medium bowl combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Shape meat mixture into four 3/4 inch thick patties.
3) On a charcoal grill, grill patties on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 14 to 18 minutes or until meat is done (160F), turning once halfway through grilling and brushing once or twice with sauce during the last 5 minutes.
(If using a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. place patties on the grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as above.)
4) Serve burgers on buns. Spoon any remaining sauce over burgers. If desired, serve burgers with cheese, letuce, tomato, onion, and pickes.
We only eat all organic products so I dont know how this would taste otherwise, but I can tell you this is the best BBQ Burger that I have ever had in my life!
