Original recipe makes 6
1 3/4 cupsItalian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 cupmilk
3 Eggs
4 poundsmeat; (3-1/2lbs Chuck, 1/2lbs Pork)
2 clovesGarlic; minced
4 tablespoonParsley
1 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonPepper
1 cupParmesan cheese

Alberta's Italian Meatballs Preparation

Beat milk and eggs together. Add bread crumbs and soak. Combine the meat, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly and form into balls. Place on sprayed broiler rack. Bake in 400-450 oven until browned, about 20 - 30 minutes.

Makes 24-36 medium to large meatballs.
