1 poundGround beef
1 smallOnion; chopped
1 12-oz canCorn
1 12-oz canCream of Chicken Soup; 10 oz
1 largePotato; sliced
1/2 cupCheese; shredded
4 clovesGarlic; chopped

Hamburger vegie bake Preparation

Brown hamburger with garlic and onion. Put hamburger combo in bottom of casserole dish and top with corn (or any leftover vegetable). Meanwhile, microwave a large potato for 6 minutes then slice and place on top of corn. Top corn with soup (chicken, celery or mushroom) and sprinkle shredded cheese (just about any type) over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.

It was easy to make but I used more than one potato and I should have microwaved them longer. Also I would season the meat and the potatoes.
