Shrimp Linguine
Original recipe makes 6
| 1 8-oz pkgspinach linguine; (or your favorite) |
| 1 3-oz pkgcream cheese; softened |
| 1 1/2 poundsmed. to large shrimp |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 1/2 cupHalf-and-half |
| 1/2 cupMayonnaise |
| 1 tblspoonsChives; Chopped |
| 1 tblspoonsChopped parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoonDijon mustard |
| 1 cupsharp cheddar cheese; grated |
Shrimp Linguine Preparation
Cook noodles according to package directions - drain and set aside. Cook shrimp in boiling water - peel and set aside. Mix cream cheese in the noodles. After you have mixed the cream cheese and the noodles, put in a grased 9 X 13 inch dish. Layer boiled shrimp over the noodles. Lightly salt and pepper. Mix all of the other ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Pour over shrimp and noodles. Cover with cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
You can make this the day before and cook 10 minutes longer the next day.
