A family breakfast favorite! I often make this with wheat bread to make it a little more "healthy".
Beat eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon together well. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and place in a hot non-stick skillet. Cook on each side until golden brown. Top with butter, syrup, and additional cinnamon and serve.
