This pizza dough came out good (took pic here). I let it rise for about 15 min comes out more softer. Enough for one pie. My sauce was too thick otherwise it would of been even better if I put less sauce (pic with 3 slices).

made this last night for my daughter and boyfriend, was a bit doughy as I didn't let the base cook for long enough before adding toppings, but it was still the yummiest pizza we have ever had... and now at their request I'm making the pizzas again tonight for when our friends come around for bonfire night :)

I want to try because of all the rave reviews but at what temp do you bake, for how long, how long do you let it rise, I've never heard of 1/10 of a teaspoon ( so what did everyone use?) Too much missing info :(

I've been making pizza for years now and had still been searching for THE dough recipe!! I've found some good ones but they're not ALWAYS perfect like this one!! I suck at dough of any kind and yet this recipe is perfect every time with very lil effort! U can even roll the dough without sprinkling flour which I've never had with other recipes!! This is definitely THE one I've been searching for!!

Very good recipe. Only I made it with 3 TBSP of olive oil instead of butter.

Because I'm cooking at a high altitude, it is often difficult to find any type of dough recipe that will work well without having to add/remove things and go through a series of trial and error. So, I was thrilled when this recipe came out perfectly. I used my stand mixer and let it rise for one hour. I rolled it out and left it or another 20 minutes. Then, I added my toppings while the oven was preheating. I topped this with 1/3 cup tomato and basil spaghetti sauce (yep), 8oz. Of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Everyone asked for seconds and thirds. The only thing I'd mention is that this recipe says this makes enough for two pizza's. I disagree. It is only enough for one large pizza, so if you're feeding a crowd - double up!
