Reviews for Dark Balsamic, Soy and Honey Glazed Grilled Northwest Salmon
Recipes » Main Dish » Fish and Shellfish
This unusual salmon marinade makes for an exceptionally moist and delicious final product. Two guests remarked tonight that it's the best salmon they've ever had. You might not normally be tempted to try these ingredients together, but if you're looking for a change from ordinary grilled salmon... which is certainly delicious on its own... give this one a try and you may be pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend you use fresh, wild king salmon if you can get it.

Delicious...very moist and flavorful! This will be our go to recipe for grilled salmon. Took longer to grill than expected...approximately 15 minutes.

I don't often write reviews. So for me to take time to post one must mean this was good! I added 4 cloves of garlic and a little under an inch of ginger. I blended everything together and then let it sit for 30 min on the fish. I put the fish in Pyrex dish and then poure the marinade in the bag over it tThen I broiled it for about 13-15min. It turned out great.

Amazingly delicious!!! I used less sugar more honey, and doubled the sauce (half for the salamon and half for the dressing). I tossed the green beans and carrots in the remaining sauce. Delicious with smashed potatoes (evaporated milk, plain yogurt or sour cream, toasted garlic, salt, olive oil and small teaspoon of butter).

Baked instead of grilled, but will be trying that when it gets warmer out. Added garlic and used low sodium soy sauce, but will be using regular soy sauce next time. Over all it was great! Can't wait to try it again!

A little sweet for my kids who aren't used to that, but good overall and really easy to make!

Yummmm. Added some freshly grated ginger. Marinated for about 30 minutes and only did 1 Tlbs of brown sugar - not a fan of sweetness. Broiled instead of grilled. Just wanted to mention though: eating the skin is really good for you and delicious!

I typically like salmon plain. Tried this for the so called non fish eaters in the family and everyone liked it.

I typically grill salmon plain, because marinades can over power the fish. This was good and I still tasted the salmon as well as the other spices.
