5 Eggs
5 tablespoonSugar
1 poundMARSCAPONE CHEESE
5 tablespoonGrand Marnier
24 ladyfinger cookies
3/4 cupESPRESSO COFFEE; BREWED & COOLED
chocolate; SHAVED

Tiramisu Preparation

Separate yolks from whites. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix marscapone cheese, sugar and Grand Marnier until smooth. Blend in egg whites.

Dip ladyfingers in espresso coffee. Put layer of laydfingers in bottom of deepbowl, top with a layer of cheese, place another layer of ladyfingers and top with remaining cheese.

Shave chocolate on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
