Taco Lasagna

This is a fantastic Mexican type one dish meal with the beef, refried beans, tortillas, and vegetables. You can make it to the degree of spicy you desire by the type of tomatos you use. So, go ahead....experiment. AND, OLE!!
"This was excellent and my husband said it tasted very close to the Taco Pizza from Godfather's. I adjusted a few things: I used fat-free refried beans (to save on calories), added a can of chopped green chiles, mixed mozzarella cheese in with the colby-jack cheese and when serving topped it with salsa and sour cream. I also left off the last two tortillas and just added the cheese, covered and baked. Thanks for the great recipe crittermom17!!!" - cogrammaYield: 9 Ready in 45 minutes
