Fun for kids to makeand eat, too! These meatballs are oversized and cook easily in the oven. Scalloped potatoes and buttered green beans make the meal complete. Republished with permission from National Pork Board.

"I doesn't have onion flakes but I substitute it with 1 medium onion. I also added more salt, pepper and corn flakes to the meat because I like strong taste. I made more sauce for dipping because the sauce is so yummy when eating together with rice. This is my 2nd time of making pork meatballs with this recipe and definately will make it again and again. It's easy to make and remember. Thanks for sharing." - yuki9622002

Great! I baked 'mini' ones in a mini muffin pan, same temp for 20 minutes and doubled the sauce. Made 24 mini meatballs perfect for my kids

Good and easy. I used prepared mustared and doubled the sauce. I also made smaller meatballs and put them into a casserole because I didn't want to wash the muffin pan. The kids liked them.
