Easy to fix and delicious to eat!

"I have made this three times,my family loves it! I use twice as much chicken cause I have a large family. I use two cups of ketchup and two packs of chili seasoning which gives it a pow! a lil zesty Latino flavor! and a extra can of cola for extra gravy my children fight over the gravy! we have added this dish to our weekly menu! this is easy an filling, I made it with white rice and with Baby back ribs flavored rice -by knorr and a pan of corn bread and some sweet peas! umm good! Original recipe makes 4 Servings

4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless; up to 6 breasts if small

1 canDiet cola

1 cupKetchup

Cola Chicken Preparation

Place chicken breasts into a skillet or Dutch oven. Pour cola and ketchup over the chicken and bring to a boil. Cook, covered over medium heat until chicken is done (approximately one hour). Raise heat and cook uncovered until sauce thickens. This might take awhile, so keep a close eye on it.

Or dump everything into a crockpot and cook until done (about 3 hours or so).

Notes

This is really quick and easy to fix. Everyone seems to love it. Just remember to allow the sauce to thicken before serving.

	So surprisingly easy and yummy, I made 12 servings. Added the recipe with 1/3 cup of hot sauce and 1/3 cup of honey.
