mommyluvs2cook2 ,Delicious! I used fresh thyme and it went so well with the honey mustard :)6y
lacucinamia ,Very tasty and great consistency. I don't like rubbery chops and this recipe is great. I added curry powder, onion powder, freeze-dried chives and broiled for last 5 minutes to get a glaze finish.6y
sofiacampbell ,Pork was juicy, but the sauce wasn't that good, something was missing... I'm not going to repeat it7y
herbgrower ,This was very easy and tasty. I added some fresh rosemary and sage to the glaze as we like a lot of flavorful herbs on our food. I also broiled the chops during the last two minutes of cooking.8y
wiredsavvy ,It was a hit with my family. I did doctor it up with some fennel and prepared horseradish for an extra kick.9y
jcfs ,I looked up this recipe right before making dinner. I only knew that I wanted to make pork chops for dinner. I had all the ingredients on hand. It was so simple and delicious! Some recipes want you to sear or partially cook the meat on the stove first before putting it in the oven but this one did not making it even easier to prepare! The honey toned down the tang of the mustard just a bit and the chops came out moist which is great because I hate dry pork chops. I will definitely be making this again!10y
dgbaxendale ,Simple quick and tasty, my wife commented that it was the best pork chop she had ever eaten.10y
cheryllff ,Easy & quick. I threw in a few slices of seasoned pumpkin into the oven & then prepared the marinade for the pork. Put the pork into the oven then prepared a feta olive salad. Yummy! Thx for this recipe!11y
raebkeim ,Loved this! Chops came out extremely tender. My boyfriend isn't a big fan of pork chops but thanks to this recipe he is now!11y
emmetryan ,Good idea. I'll be more generous with the mustard and thyme next time. I recommend roasting fennel in the mix.12y
mellylissa ,Just so so. I pan seared my chops before cooking them; that may have dried them out too much. The sauce wasn't very flavorful. I used store bought honey mustard & added some dijon mustard to that. Next time I'll just follow the recipe, maybe that would've ended up tasting better.12y
