1/4 cupPowdered Buttermilk; (or any powdered Buttermilk)
1 1/4 teaspoonSalt
2 TablespoonsVital Wheat Glute

This looked like a good recipe at first until I saw that it requires powdered (not regular) buttermilk. I tend to stay away from recipes that call for special ingredients that I don't keep on hand. I keep regular buttermilk handy and would probably make this recipe if it called for plain buttermilk.
