kayemmdee 5 years agoThis looked like a good recipe at first until I saw that it requires powdered (not regular) buttermilk. I tend to stay away from recipes that call for special ingredients that I don't keep on hand. I keep regular buttermilk handy and would probably make this recipe if it called for plain buttermilk.
vnes 5 years agoI baked it in a conventional oven after letting it do a first rising in the bread machine. The bread turned out light and fluffy. It has to be the best bread recipe I've used.
