reesek ,tasty with the addition of some onion and garlic seasoning. I also added some water to thin the sauce a bit. I butterflied the breast and got 8 servings and increased the rice 4 cups. Add a vegetable and salad and this is a perfect weeknight dinner in a flash.14y

kaliesmommy ,I always add a vegetable to it, usually green beans and I bake it. You can also cook the rice and line a casserole dish with it and then add the soup, veggies and raw chicken breasts, bake @ 375 for about 30 - 40 minutes or until done. Yummy anyway you do it!14y

shannabanana ,I made this for supper last night and it was very tasty! I went with 'joyofcooking's suggestion and baked it rather than simmering in the pan on the stove. It turned out great and the leftovers were perfect for lunch today.17y
joyofcooking ,This recipe is easy to make and very tasty. I made a few minor changes to this recipe. I baked the chicken and mushroom sauce at 375 for about 30 minutes, instead of simmering on the stove. I also added half a cup of sliced onions and fresh thyme to the mushroom sauce. I served the chicken over white rice with steamed green beans and my family loved it.18y
