I've had this recipe for a long time. I got it from a close friend. Enjoy!

I made it ahead of time and then just kept it slow cooking in the bottom oven of my Aga for over an hour, and then just reheated to add the spice mixture and then the tomatoes! Really good! | 2 poundsRound steak; cut in 1 inch pieces |
| 1 tablespoonCooking oil |
| 1/4 cupOnion; diced |
| 1 cubeBeef buillion |
| 1 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| 1 tablespoonCornstarch |
| 2 tablespoonWater |
| 1/2 tablespoonMolasses |
| 1 eaTomato; quartered |
| 1 eaGreen pepper; cut up |
| Salt & pepper; to taste |
Chinese Pepper Steak Preparation
Cut steak into 1 inch wide, 2 inch long pieces. Add onion and cook untill onion is soft. Add water and buillion cube and cook until meat is tender.
Combine seasonnings with corn starch and 2 TBL water and blend. Add to meat. Add more water if necessary. Stir gently untilthickened. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Then add tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Serve over rice
