A couple of steps were missing, but common sense prevailed. A wonderful recipe!

This recipe was very tasty, but I was caught off guard while preparing it (my fault for not reading through the recipe first). There are several steps missing from the preparation instructions. Luckily, I am an old pro in the kitchen, so I was able to work it out. However, it would be nice if the person who took the time to post this recipe would come back and revise the instructions. It was very tasty, but has the potential to be extremely frustrating to someone else caught in the same predicament without as much culinary experience. By the way, the prep time would have been much quicker than my 1 hour if I didn't have to allow the peppers to simmer in the sauce to cook, and if I didn't have to stop and make corrections along the way. Thank you!

I used a frozen tomato leftover from my garden and it added the taste of summer to the meal. I also used dried, ground cayenne peppers which added a bit of a kick. Very good!

Good flavour. Didn't have green peppers so used red no difference in flavour. Next time I think I would add more soy sauce. I think it would be a good recipe for company not overly spicy and most in this area don't seem to like spices.
