4 poundsPotatoes small red; skins on
3/4 CupSour cream
10 LargeEggs boiled
1 1/2 Capfulslemom juice
1 BunchGreen onion
2 teaspoonsMustard
1 SmallVadalia onion
1 dashCelery salt
1 CupSafflower mayonaise

Grandma Marys Potato Salad Preparation

In a large bowl, cut up 2-3 potatoes that have been boiled.~

Cut up 2-3 green onions and green onion tops and layer on top of~

potatoes. Then add a slice of onion, chopped. Then 2 eggs sliced.~

Repeat layers seasoning after eggs with celery salt. Make dressing,~

3/4 cup sour cream, 1 1/2 capfuls of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of~

prepared mustard adjust as desired and combine dressing with potatoes.~

YUMMY!~

Notes

Grandma always made this when we came up to visit in the summer. This is our favorite potato salad ever!!
