No-Bake Cheesecake Pie
This is not only a creamy dessert, but also easy, quick and delicious.
"My first attempt at cheesecake and it was a hit! SO easy to make.
I used reduced fat cream cheese and fat free cool whip. Used fresh berries as a topper instead of the suggested toffee.
Only think was it was quite soft when cutting, despite refrigerating overnight"

Ingredients
| 1 cupVanilla chocolate chips; or white chocolate chips |
| 2 (8-oz) packageCream cheese; cubed |
| 1 (8-oz) cartonCool Whip; thawed |
| 1 (9Graham cracker crust |
| 1/3 cupEnglish Toffee bits or almond brickle chips |
No-Bake Cheesecake Pie Preparation
In a heavy saucepan, melt vanilla or white chips over med.-low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into the crust.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits.
