Original recipe makes 4
| 1 wholewhole chicken; pre-roasted, sliced |
| 1/2 cupbottled fruit-flavored or blue cheese salad dressi; low-calorie |
| 3 wholePears; sliced |
| 2 bunchesarugula; rinsed |
| 1/2 cupWalnuts; toasted and chopped |
Chicken and Pear Salad on Arugula Preparation
Place pears in medium bowl; toss with salad dressing. Add arugula; toss again. Arrange arugula salad on 4 plates. Divide chicken slices and place on top of salad. Sprinkle with walnuts.
