This got rave reviews from my rather picky hubby. Delicious! I grilled it instead of broiling, and it turned out lovely!

My wife isn't a big fan of pork chops, but she raved about these. After reading other reviews, I cut back on the garlic and salt, and was conservative with the black pepper. I loved them, too. Will proudly serve them to company.

I've made these twice now and they are the most flavorful and moist pork chops. Easy, easy!

Although there is a lot fo garlic on these they tasted FANTASTIC! I paired them with some mashed potatos and my boyfriend went wild! He was sad I didn't make more!

I made this and loved it! So did my husband and mother-in-law.
The only thing I didn't put in was white pepper, that was only because I didn't have any, so I used a little extra black pepper instead.
I served it with mashed potatoes, curly kale, and gravy and it wen't down a treat.
