Ready in 45 minutes
Good and easy
"I marinated the meat for over 2 hours in the refrigerator. Baked the thighs in the marinade for 30 mins then removed them to a sheet pan. I allowed the thighs to brown alone, without the marinade, for the last 15 mins. Before the final baking time I sprinkled the thighs with minced garlic, kosher salt, pepper and more oregano. I left the garlic salt, salt and pepper out of the marinade mix. I knew these spices would flavor the chicken better if used directly on the chicken. I also skinned the chicken first."- KristinaDI

Soak the chicken pieces in salted water for 20 minutes (or just rinse if you're in a hurry), then pat the pieces dry and lay them in a baking dish. They should be a bit crowded, touching each other.
Mix up the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken, then let stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done

SuzyCathey 5 months agoLoved it!!! Will make it again (& again!). Used chicken thigh with bone & removed skin. So flavorful. Used olive oil instead of veg oil.

hollyloveland 8 months agoA little spicy, but tasty. My 10 year old couldn't handle all the pepper, but my teenager & I enjoyed it.
debsyjo 9 months agoGreat recipe, would absolutely make again. Just one down side - NEVER WASH CHICKEN! You can't be sure that all the bacteria is completely washed away, and it can make you REALLY ill!

tripletmama 1 year agoThis is super quick and simple, tastes amazing, and my three 3 year olds can't get enough of it!! I add a little Mrs dash herb blend to it sometimes or a spicy Cajun season blend too and it is just fantastic!! Must try for sure!
LMBarnes 1 year agoThis recipe was pretty good and easy, though it didn't blow me away with flavor. My husband suggested shredding the left overs, put in on a hoagie roll, top with mozz. cheese and toast it... so I may try to do that with the left overs.
Thunderpuss1974 1 year agoAbsolutely fabulous! Very easy! I was short on soy sauce, only had about 1/4 cup and its still awesome. Thanks!
