Good and easy
"I marinated the meat for over 2 hours in the refrigerator. Baked the thighs in the marinade for 30 mins then removed them to a sheet pan. I allowed the thighs to brown alone, without the marinade, for the last 15 mins. Before the final baking time I sprinkled the thighs with minced garlic, kosher salt, pepper and more oregano. I left the garlic salt, salt and pepper out of the marinade mix. I knew these spices would flavor the chicken better if used directly on the chicken. Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs Preparation
Soak the chicken pieces in salted water for 20 minutes (or just rinse if you're in a hurry), then pat the pieces dry and lay them in a baking dish. They should be a bit crowded, touching each other.
Mix up the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken, then let stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done
