I'll definitely be making this again. The recipe was easy to cut in half for just my husband and I. Next time I might skip that though because the leftovers could be put to delicious use.
Overall this is a good recipe, which I will likely make again. (I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.) Thigh meat is a little fatty, so it was very tender, if not greasy. We could not really taste the garlic or the lemon in the chicken. So I would recommend letting this marinate longer than the recommended 20 minutes. Next time I will use fresh garlic, instead of garlic powder and I will use chicken breasts instead of thighs.

Absolutely loved it!!! However I substituted limes & pressed garlic cloves instead of lemons & garlic powder.
This was very tasty and easy. With so much moisture the skin stayed soft, not crispy. I used lime juice with good results and boneless thighs cut the cooking time.
