Very flavorful and moist. The adults really enjoyed it. The children were "meh" with it because it had sauce and the skin did not crisp. I wonder if this recipe can be partially oven-baked and then finished on the grill for crispy skin? (I let it marinate in the fridge for about 45 minutes before baking.)
Overall this is a good recipe, which I will likely make again. (I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.) Thigh meat is a little fatty, so it was very tender, if not greasy. We could not really taste the garlic or the lemon in the chicken. So I would recommend letting this marinate longer than the recommended 20 minutes. Next time I will use fresh garlic, instead of garlic powder and I will use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
