Absolutely loved it!!! However I substituted limes & pressed garlic cloves instead of lemons & garlic powder.

This was very tasty and easy. With so much moisture the skin stayed soft, not crispy. I used lime juice with good results and boneless thighs cut the cooking time.

Loved it!!! Will make it again (& again!). Used chicken thigh with bone & removed skin. So flavorful. Used olive oil instead of veg oil.

Great recipe, would absolutely make again. Just one down side - NEVER WASH CHICKEN! You can't be sure that all the bacteria is completely washed away, and it can make you REALLY ill!

This is super quick and simple, tastes amazing, and my three 3 year olds can't get enough of it!! I add a little Mrs dash herb blend to it sometimes or a spicy Cajun season blend too and it is just fantastic!! Must try for sure!

This recipe was pretty good and easy, though it didn't blow me away with flavor. My husband suggested shredding the left overs, put in on a hoagie roll, top with mozz. cheese and toast it... so I may try to do that with the left overs.
