jennamac , 1 years agoI did as the other comments said. I added no salt. Didn't do the salt soak and I added less soy sauce. It was delicious. There was no leftovers. But it was just a little to lemony for my taste. So I will just add less lemon juice. The sauce was great on rice to. Will deffinatly make again.

blessildablinkybawiin , 1 years agoit was good and it was easy to make. made some adjustments. 1) I didnt soak it into salt. 2) I didnt marinate it. I cooked the chicken with the marinade, turning it every 10-15min. turned out well for me, it saved me some time.
Skulleader06 , 1 years agoIt was good! I don't soak the chicken and salt. I also use less sodium soy sauce. It turn out good I made brown rice and mixed veg.

Blueridgebabe , 1 years agoDelicious! As others suggested I used half the soy sauce and added fresh garlic - my husband loved it. I served it with rice and satueed mushrooms & green beans. Will definitely make again as it was easy!

missjan , 2 years agoI made a few adjustments & got a great result. For a brighter lemon flavor I added the zest if 1 lemon, Ponzu in place of soy sauce, grated in about a tsp. of fresh ginger & 1 clove minced garlic. Done in less than 45 min.

adacooks , 2 years agoMy husband liked it; I didn't. I made only 1/3 recipe and tried to adjust baking time, but I felt the meat was still too dry. If I make it again, I am going to lower the temp and the backing time and use a thermometer to allow me to take it out when internal meat temp is okay.
