I did as the other comments said. I added no salt. Didn't do the salt soak and I added less soy sauce. It was delicious. There was no leftovers. But it was just a little to lemony for my taste. So I will just add less lemon juice. The sauce was great on rice to. Will deffinatly make again.
it was good and it was easy to make. made some adjustments. 1) I didnt soak it into salt. 2) I didnt marinate it. I cooked the chicken with the marinade, turning it every 10-15min. turned out well for me, it saved me some time.
Delicious! As others suggested I used half the soy sauce and added fresh garlic - my husband loved it. I served it with rice and satueed mushrooms & green beans. Will definitely make again as it was easy!
I made a few adjustments & got a great result. For a brighter lemon flavor I added the zest if 1 lemon, Ponzu in place of soy sauce, grated in about a tsp. of fresh ginger & 1 clove minced garlic. Done in less than 45 min.
