A New Take On an Old Classic

"This is a good recipe, and easy to make. I broiled them, since I was cooking at the World's Greatest Mother-in-law's. I marinated them for 8 hours. I used some lousy pork chops I bought on a really good sale, and they still turned out great. Even Picky Wife ate all of hers! Lesson learned: good cuts of meat are worth the price." - billmc44

Easy and delicious. I feed two picky teenage boys and they both loved these pork chops.

I didn't think the marinade gave a lot of flavor but it seemed to help keep the pork chops nice and moist.

The marinade is great for tenderizing large butterfly chops. I thought it lacked flavor in the end. Tender, could use more flavor!

Simple easy recipe that certainly made a refreshing change.
