A New Take On an Old Classic
"This is a good recipe, and easy to make. I broiled them, since I was cooking at the World's Greatest Mother-in-law's. I marinated them for 8 hours. I used some lousy pork chops I bought on a really good sale, and they still turned out great. Even Picky Wife ate all of hers! Lesson learned: good cuts of meat are worth the price." - billmc44Yield: 4 Ready in 45 minutes
