Original recipe makes 6
1 3-poundpork loin roast
2 teaspoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonBlack pepper
1 teaspoonNutmeg
1 teaspoonCinnamon

Caribbean Roast Pork Preparation

Blend oil, pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon in small bowl. Brush mixture evenly onto roast. Place pork in shallow pan; roast in 350 degrees F. oven for 1-1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature is 155 degrees F. Remove pork from oven; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
