Ingredients

Are you making this? 
4 boneless or bone-in pork chops; about 1-1/4 inch thick
1 chipotle chile; canned in adobe, chopped OR 1 dried chipotle chile, rehydrated*
2 teaspoons Oregano
2 crushed Garlic
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
2/3 cup Lime juice
1 tablespoon cilantro; chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Place chops in a large self-sealing plastic bag; combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and grill over medium-hot coals for a total of 12-15 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Serve chops immediately.

Really good!! I used the marinade on boneless ribs and they came our very tasty!! Next time I'll throw in another chipotle chili, there was not much kick.

Loved it, is now a favorite, those that did not like pork chops loves the taste of this recipe on the grill.

Couldn't find the real thing, so instead used 1/2 tsp ground chipotle. Grilled on cast iron stovetop grill. Was very good. Definitely a keeper.

Kept the pork very moist on the grill and taste was suprisingly good!
