Fruited Pork Chops

Original recipe makes 6
| 6 3/4" thickboneless pork chops |
| 2 teaspoonsVegetable oil |
| 1 16-oz cansliced peaches; drained |
| 1/2 cupapricot or raspberry preserves |
| 1/2 cupbarbecue sauce |
| 1 tablespoonorange zest; grated |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/2 teaspoonGround allspice |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
Fruited Pork Chops Preparation
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops about 2-3 minutes on each side; remove from pan and reserve. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet, stir to blend, bring a boil. Return chops to skillet, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until chops are tender.
