Grilled Pork Chops in Ginger Marinade

Original recipe makes 4
| 4 1.5" thickboneless center cut pork chops |
| 2 cupsdry white wine OR distilled vinegar |
| 1/2 cupGreen Onions; Sliced |
| 4 tablespoonsfresh ginger; minced OR 1 tablespoon dry ginger |
| 2 tablespoonsSoy sauce |
| 2 tablespoonsSesame oil |
| 2 clovesGarlic; minced |
Grilled Pork Chops in Ginger Marinade Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a plastic self-sealing bag; seal bag and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Remove pork from marinade; discarding marinade. Grill chops, over indirect heat in covered grill, for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
