"Fabulous! So quick to make it actually took longer to make the sides. I had all the spices except instead of Allspice I used Garam Masala, which has the Corriander and Cinnamon. Hubbie loved it - BONUS!!!" - cookinkitty27

Jerk seasoning not like what I have had before, wasn't hot

Added a 1/4 tsp of clove as well as some cayanne pepper. I also turned this into a stew almost and braised the meat so that it pulls apart similar to traditional jerk pork.

The pork itself was good and moist. The jerk paste didn't taste jerk to us. The paste tasted mainly like cinnamon and no heat at all. We will make again, but next time cut way back on the cinnamon and kick up the cayenne. Thank you for the idea.

Used Garam Masala, which has Corriander and Cinnamon, instead of Allspice. Didn't marinade, just rubbed on.
