Original recipe makes 4
2 1" thickpork blade steaks
2 small clovesgarlic; minced
2 tablespoonsOnion; finely chopped
2 tablespoonLemon juice
2 tablespoonSoy sauce
1 tablespoonHoney

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once.
