Serve this with croissants and seasonal fresh fruit.

"Absolutely loved this dish. It was very easy to make and reheated exceptionally well. Also, helped us use up the other pie crust we had left over from Christmas. This has been added to our normal round of meals now. " - ShortyRiz

I have a question. When the recipe said 'cream' could it be sour cream?? Or is there a specific cream that I should use??

I used milk instead of cream, and used frozen pie shells, they were a bit shallow so it actually made two pies. Very simple to make and great results

I substituted ground turkey for the sausage and seasoned it with salt/pepper and garlic.

This was excellent. I modified the recipe by adding some fresh summer savory to the quiche. That added a lot of flavor!

If you use a pre-made pie shell, I'd recommend a deep dish.

I thought this quiche was really easy to make and delicious to eat. The next time I make this I will add some mushrooms and green chilis to give it more of a kick
