Smoked Sausage Skillet Cassoulet

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Casseroles

This stovetop version of the French country classic is hearty and sophisticated, yet boasts ingredients that you probably have on hand.

"Needed a good Sausage recipe and was hoping this was it. I also left out the Beans but added frozen peas (pictures uploaded), I gave the dish a 3 because it wasn't spice enough for me, my Son gave it a 5 and my wife gave it a 4 so thats the average, 4. 4 people for dinner and it took 2 sausages with minimal left overs so it must be a hit. Moving it to my favorite section. Thanks!" - Greco

Omitted Lima beans and added a little bell pepper but this was a hit my 4 yr old even ate it.

I served this over polenta and it paired up quite well. I will definitely keep this quick, easy and healthful recipe in my most frequently used recipe file.
