Original recipe makes 8
1/4 cupcilantro; chopped
1 cupcorn kernels
1/4 cupGreen onion; chopped
1 3-oz candiced chiles
1 cloveGarlic; minced
1/2 cupMonterey Jack cheese; shredded

Southwestern Stuffing Preparation

Stir together all ingredients. Make enoughs stuffing for 6-8 pork chops or 4-double pocket chops. Two tablespoons equals one serving.
