Original recipe makes 4
1 poundGround pork
1 clovegarlic; crushed
1 tablespoonfresh ginger root; grated
2 tablespoonsSoy sauce
1.5 teaspoonsgarlic chili paste
1 tablespoonfresh mint; minced
4 sandwich buns

Spicy Asian Ground Pork Burgers Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except buns; form into 4 patties. Grill over medium-hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning once, about 5-6 minutes per side, until an instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serve on buns.

Falls apart. No explanation for what the sauce is in the picture.

The burgers fell apart and even though I cooked them right through, even burning them a little, they were too moist and goey for my taste. They kids tried it but they didn't like it either.
