Potato casserole
1. PLACE sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. SPOON into lightly greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish; top with marshmallows.
3. BAKE at 350 degrees Farenheit for 15 ot 20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are hot and marshmallows are lightly browned.

Mix all ingredients except marshmallows as directed. Spoon into lightly greased microwavable 1-1/2 quart dish. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring after 5 minutes. Top with marshmallows; let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until marshmallows begin to melt.
