Unique pasta salad recipe. My friends and family say it's the best they've ever put into their mouths!

Servings
Original recipe makes 12
1 poundRotini; cooked & drained
1 cupCheddar cheese; shredded
1 4.25-oz canBlack Olives, sliced; drained
8 ouncesHam or Turkey; jullienned
1/2 cupsRanch dressing w/bacon; to taste (I use Hidden Valley)
Zesty Italian Dressing; to taste, about 1/4 Cup

Pasta Salad for a Crowd Preparation

Cook Rotini according to package directions; rinse to cool and drain well. Place in large bowl and add black olive slices, cheddar cheese and meat; stir to combine. Add enough ranch dressing with bacon to moisten; stir. Shake in enough zesty Italian dressing to give it a little punch of flavor. Chill for at least two hours.

Taste this just before serving as you may want to add a little more dressing.

I added cherry tomatoes that were quartered and sliced hard boiled eggs. Everyone loved it.
