Chocolate Chip-Oatmeal Cookies

These are a huge hit in my family!
"These are delicious! I made them with regular oatmeal since I was too lazy to pulse them in the food processor, and they still turned out great. I also just used all regular brown sugar since I didn't have the golden. Will try it with the right sugars next time, although I can't imagine them tasting any better. Love the nutritional value of the walnuts and oatmeal. " - ladyhoffmanYield: 4 Ready in 45 minutes
