| 1/3 CupRed Pepper; Chopped |
| 2 eaEggs; Beaten |
| 4 eaScallion; chopped |
| 4 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 1 teaspoonRosemary; chopped |
| 1 teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning |
| 1/3 cupMayonnaise |
| 1 cupBread crumbs |
| 1 teaspoonOrange marmalade |
| 1/2 teaspoonKetchup |
| 1/2 teaspoonSherry |
| 1/2 teaspoonTamari soy sauce |
Crispy Fish Cakes with Orange Tamari Marmalade Preparation
Mash fish with fork combine first nine ingredients and form fish cakes. (1 table spoon each)
Fry in hot butter turning till crisp.
Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce
Serve with Orange Tamari Marmalade lightly spread on top of each fish cake
