Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 pound Flounder fillets; poached for 4 minutes in water
1/3 Cup Red Pepper; Chopped
2 ea Eggs; Beaten
4 ea Scallion; chopped
4 cloves Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Rosemary; chopped
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Sherry
1/2 teaspoon Tamari soy sauce

Original recipe makes 4

 

Preparation

Mash fish with fork combine first nine ingredients and form fish cakes. (1 table spoon each)

Fry in hot butter turning till crisp.

Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce

Serve with Orange Tamari Marmalade lightly spread on top of each fish cake
