Touchdown Dip
Original recipe makes 2
| 1 8-oz packagecream cheese; softened |
| 1 7-oz jarMarshmallow creme |
| 1 teaspoonOrange Peel; Grated |
| 1/4 to 1/2 cupOrange juice |
| 1 10.75-oz packageSara Lee All Butter Pound Cake; thawed |
| Strawberries, kiwi fruit; peeled, cut into chunks |
Touchdown Dip Preparation
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, marshmallow creme, and grated orange peel. Gradually stir in enough orange juice to make a mixture of dipping consistency. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Just before serving, cut cake into bite size cubes. Spoon dip into small serving bowl. Serve cake and fuit as dippers.
