Traditional Pumpkin Pie Preparation
Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 375F. Remove one pie crust from freezer. Meanwhile, combine filling in order given. Place pie crust on preheated cookie sheet, near center of oven. Working quickly, pour filling into pie crust. Bake for 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with whipped cream, if desried.
