Ingredients
| 1 bottleVegetable cooking spray |
| 2 PoundsGround turkey |
| 1 4-oz canchopped green chilies; drained |
| 1 CupOnions; chopped |
| 1 1.25-oz packagetaco seasoning mix |
| 8 8-inchFlour tortillas |
| 1 16-oz cannon-fat refried beans |
| 1/2 CupCheddar cheese; grated and divided |
Burrito Turkey Burger Preparation
1. Spray cold grill rack with vegetable cooking spray. Preheat grill for direct-heat method cooking.
2. In medium bowl combine ground turkey, chilies, onion and seasoning mix. Evenly divide turkey mixture into 8 (9x2-inch) rectangular-shaped burgers. Grill burgers 3 to 4 minutes, turn and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes or until 165 degrees F is reached on food thermometer and turkey is no longer pink in center. Remove and keep warm.
3. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup refried beans and sprinkle with lettuce. Place 1 burger in center of each tortilla and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese over top. Fold sides of tortillas over burgers to create burritos. Serve with salsa.
