Light and Delicious
1. Dressing: In small bowl combine vinegar, onion, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and garlic; cover and set aside.
2. Salad: In large bowl combine barley, turkey ham, peas, celery, peppers and pimientos. Fold dressing into turkey/barley mixture.
3. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
