Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4
| 1 8" LoafIrish soda bread |
| 1 8-oz BottleThousand Island dressing |
| 4 Cupsprepared deli coleslaw; divided |
| 12 OuncesTURKEY PASTRAMI; thinly sliced |
Turkey Pastrami Sandwich on Irish Soda Bread Preparation
1. Cut Irish soda bread in half lengthwise. On each half of bread, spread 1/3 cup dressing. Layer bottom of loaf with 1/3 of cole slaw and 1/2 of the pastrami. Repeat layering with 1/3 cole slaw, 1/3 cup dressing, remaining pastrami and remaining 1/3 cole slaw. Cover with top half of loaf. Wrap sandwich tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
2. To serve, cut sandwich into 4 wedges.
